What is OneMove™?

The OneMove Initiative™ encourages Leadership & Mastery through events and programs in high-influence, high-impact fields including Healthcare, Athletics, Music, Business, and Agriculture. OneMove™ utilizes individualized curriculum, hands-on projects, immersion, and mentorship... often featuring panel discussions and Q & As with industry professionals and OneMove™ partners. OneMove™ is a dynamic partnership between businesses, nonprofits, schools, and individuals, working together to equip underrepresented communities with crucial mindsets, skills, and resources. OneMove™ believes leadership begins with character, responsibility, and the intention to create positive impact in any sphere of influence.The OneMove Initiative™ was founded under the Aliah Sweet Fragile Heart’s Foundation (ASFHF) a 501c3. Established in 2003, ASFHF has provided support, and granted wishes for siblings of children with severe, multiple, life-threatening disabilities for over 20 years. Siblings of children with severe disabilities often develop exceptional empathy, adaptability, communication, and leadership skills at a young age. The OneMove Initiative™ was created to cultivate those natural strengths into lifelong leadership skills and practical expertise for siblings of children with severe, multiple, life-threatening disabilities, as well as other underrepresented individuals.OneMove™ Programs include: Champions in the Zone™, HelloHealth™, OneMove Mastery™, and OneMove Communities™.

Champions in the Zone™

Empowering boys and young men ages 12–18 with principles for responsible manhood. Champions in The Zone™ features NFL & NBA athletes, NFL Legends, and community leaders who share pivotal experiences, routines, strategies for success, and life lessons through panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and focus groups. Past partners include the Los Angeles Rams, ESPN Zone at Downtown Disney, Faithful Central Bible Church, and Southern California Rams Booster Club. "Love Is" Tennis Tournaments and "Love Is" Golf Tournament fundraisers have also been a staple of The Aliah Sweet Fragile Hearts Foundation & OneMove™ events over the years.

HelloHealth!™

HelloHealth™ is a OneMove™
program facilitating pathways to health & medical careers by introducing youth to health care Professions, Procedures, and Professionals including Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, EMTs etc. HelloHealth™ Partners include The San Gabriel Valley Regional Center and the California Wellness Foundation.

OneMove Mastery™

OneMove Mastery™ is an immersive, invitation-only curriculum helping each student “solve the equation of self” by piecing together their talents, passions, strengths, and struggles to reveal the purpose each student is designed to fulfill.Candidates are identified by their creativity, resilience, productivity, and their love for community.What some call "disability", we recognize as unique perspectives and strengths — OneMove Mastery™ reframes "disability" instead as the unique abilitiy to contribute transformational perspectives enabling participants to solve problems in ways others cannot. Students learn to transform talents and struggles alike into purpose-driven mastery.OneMove Mastery™ exists to identify and cultivate these qualities, turning promise into mastery, and mastery into leadership.
Mastery doesn't only shape a single student’s future — Mastery ripples outward into families, communities, and future generations.
OneMove™ facilitates practical outcomes by transforming the participants' talents, art, and hobbies into income, combining leadership skills with practical curriculum. OneMove Mastery™ develops leaders and role models who understand the responsibility of influence and intentionally uplift, protect, and prepare their communities. Partners include the Southern Ohio Council of Governments and the San Gabriel Valley Regional Center.Students practice active leadership through excercises in Building, Cultivating, Providing, and Protecting. OneMove Mastery™ Ambassadors become equipped to be a source of leadership, stability, and provision for any group or community.

OneMove Communities™

Coming Soon!Intentional communities providing unique, luxurious, environmentally responsible, and active living. Facilitating fun & excitement as well as strategies, skills, and opportunities toward self reliance, self & community development. Features include community gardens, senior playgrounds, occasional HelloHealth speakers & events, restaurant style dining, edible landscapes, and communal gathering spots.

About Us

OneMove Mastery™ is an autonomous program under the Aliah Sweet Fragile Heart’s Foundation’s OneMove Initiative™. Since 2003, the Aliah Sweet Fragile Heart’s Foundation has been dedicated to providing support, and granting wishes for siblings of children with severe, multiple, life-threatening disabilities. Recognizing that these siblings often develop exceptional empathy, adaptability, communication, and leadership skills at a young age, The OneMove Initiative™ was created to nurture those natural strengths into lifelong expertise.The Aliah Sweet Fragile Hearts Foundation was founded by Joe, Storme, and Ariel Sweet in memory of Aliah Sweet, son and brother who passed away in 2001. Aliah had severe disabilities. Ariel Sweet is the architect of The OneMove Initiative™.The OneMove Initiative™ is a dynamic partnership between businesses, nonprofits, schools, and individuals, working together to equip siblings of children with severe disabilities and other underrepresented communities with tangible leadership mindsets, skills, and resources. We believe leadership begins with character, responsibility, and the intentional mindset to create positive impact in any sphere of influence.Joe, Storme and Ariel work together through ASFHF and OneMove™ to provide crucial and relevant programs and services for the community.
